Payame Noor University of
Damghan accepts annually its students among ones having high school
diplomas, interested in attending this university and living in
Damghan, Semnan and Shahroud.
By accepting 390 students in
four majors , namely Persian literature , Accounting , Public
Management and Educational Sciences , it was established in 1990 (=
1369)
During the next years , the
other majors were introduced as follow:
* Social Sciences :
1991 (= 1370)
* English (translation) :
1994 (= 1373)
* Commercial
Management: 1998 (= 1377)
* Law –
Geology: 2001 (= 1380)
* Practical
Mathematics: 2002 (= 1381)
* Psychology
: 2003 (= 1383)
* Physics – Computer Sciences
: 2004 (= 1383)
All the moment , 2900
students are studying at this university and so far , 2100 ones have
graduated and a larg number of them have been employed.
Besides accepting student by
Entrance exam (so-called Konkoor) those who are interested in
attending this university , can enter by a different way called “Faragir”. |
